Pipes Harmonic Generator
Pipes is a Eurorack module that fits into a 3U x 14HP slot. It tracks an input signal from which it creates 8 harmonics. These harmonics are in the standard sequence of 1f, 2f, 3f… 8f. The amplitude of each harmonic is controlled via the 8 CV inputs. The CV inputs are scaled to work with voltages in the 0-10V range.
The 8 harmonic signals are summed and fed to the Analog Out jack. The level of this signal is controlled by a potentiometer on the front panel.
There are also 8 clock signals at the frequency of the harmonic signals that are fed to jacks on the front panel. These will be useful wherever a clock multiplier is needed.
Used in conjunction with The Bonkulator, Pipes allows sophisticated sculpting of sound via additive synthesis in a simple and powerful format.
